Abstract

Permasalahan sumber daya manusia atau karyawan umumnya yang sering terjadi yaitu adanya kesenjangan atau ketidaksesuaian antara kemampuan karyawan yang di miliki dengan kemampuan karyawan yang di kehendaki oleh perusahaan, hal itu sesuai dengan yang penulis temui di Radiologi Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading yaitu terdapat ketidaksesuaian kompetensi karyawan (Radiografer) yang dimiliki dengan kompetensi yang seharusnya menurut standar kompetensi Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ternyata yang menyebabkan hal tersebut terjadi yaitu model pelatihan yang digunakan tidak tersusun dan terencana dengan baik sehingga menjadi tidak terarah. Dari latar belakang yang ada, akan dikembangkan suatu model pelatihan yang dinamakan model pelatihan Kyazeka yang fungsinya yaitu sebagai panduan pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Radiografer dalam menggunakan alat CT Scan. Metode pengembangan yang penulis gunakan yaitu metode pengembangan Dick and Carey. Metode pengembangan Dick and Carey terdiri dari beberapa tahap, dari hasil proses tahap tersebut menghasilkan suatu produk model pelatihan. Produk model pelatihan telah diuji kelayakan dan uji coba produk. Uji kelayakan produk diuji dari tiga ahli bidang yaitu ahli materi, ahli diklat dan ahli pengembangan kurikulum. Untuk uji coba produk dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan langsung model pelatihan Kyazeka kepada Radiografer. Hasil dari uji kelayakan diperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 86,7% dari ahli materi, 98,2%, dari ahli diklat dan 100% dari ahli pengembangan kurikulum. Untuk hasil uji coba produk diperoleh peningkatan kemampuan atau keterampilan Radiografer dalam menggunakan alat CT Scan yaitu sebesar 79 %. Hasil presentase uji kelayakan dan hasil presentase uji coba produk selajutnya dievaluasi tentang kelayakan dan peningkatan keterampilan yang terjadi apakah baik. Berdasarkan dari hasil evaluasi presentase 61 % sampai dengan 80 % dikatakan baik sedangkan untuk 81 % sampai dengan 100 % dikatakan sangat layak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan untuk hasil uji kelayakan produk model pelatihan Kyazeka termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan, kemudian untuk uji coba produk peningkatan yang terjadi pada Radiografer dapat dikatakan hasil baik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi Radiografer dalam menggunakan alat CT Scan. Kata kunci : CT Scan, Dick and Carey, Radiografer, Mitra Keluarga, Kyazeka ****** Human resource or employee problems in general that often occur are that there is a gap or mismatch between the employee's abilities that are owned and the employee's abilities that are desired by the company. This is in accordance with what the author encountered at Radiology Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading Hospital, namely that there is a mismatch in employee competence. (Radiographer) who has the competency that should be according to the competency standards of Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading Hospital. Based on the results of observations, it turns out that what caused this to happen was that the training model used was not well structured and planned so that it became undirected. From the existing background, a trainer model will be developed called the Kyazeka training model whose function is as a guide for implementing training to improve Radiographer competency in using CT Scan equipment. The development method that the author uses is the Dick and Carey development method. The Dick and Carey development method consists of several stages, from the results of these stages the process produces a training model product. The training model product has been tested for feasibility and product trials. The product feasibility test was tested by three field experts, namely material experts, training experts and curriculum development experts. Product trials are carried out by directly applying the Kyazeka training model to Radiographers. The results of the feasibility test obtained a feasibility percentage of 86.7% from material experts, 98.2% from training experts and 100% from curriculum development experts. The results of product trials showed an increase in the ability or skills of Radiographers in using CT Scan equipment, namely 79%. The results of the feasibility test percentage and the results of the product trial percentage are then evaluated regarding the feasibility and whether the improvement in skills that occurs is good. Based on the evaluation results, a percentage of 61% to 80% is said to be good, while 81% to 100% is said to be very feasible. So it can be concluded that the results of the feasibility test for the Kyazeka training model product are included in the very suitable category for use, then for the product trial improvements that occur for Radiographers it can be said that good results can increase the competence of Radiographers in using CT Scan equipment.
