Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara model pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) terhadap motivasi belajar sosiologi pada kurikulum merdeka di SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta (Studi Kasus : Peserta Didik Kelas XI-B dan XI-H SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta). Hipotesis pada penelitian ini diantaranya, H0 : tidak terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) terhadap motivasi belajar sosiologi pada kurikulum merdeka di SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. Ha : terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) terhadap motivasi belajar sosiologi pada kurikulum merdeka di SMA Negeri 99. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain pre-test and post-test control group. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel bebas (X) yaitu project based learning dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu motivasi belajar sosiologi. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli-November 2023 di SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu 288 orang dengan sampel 72 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jenis teknik sampling purposive, sehingga diperoleh siswa kelas XI-B dan XI-H sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi, kuesioner atau angket, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan serta teknik pengolahan dan analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t, menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 25 dan bantuan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan nilai pre-test (84.75) dan post-test (90.36) kelas eksperimen dengan nilai pre-test (77.81) dan post-test (86.69) kelas kontrol, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap motivasi belajar sosiologi. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, nilai rata-rata dari kelas XI-H sebagai kelas eksperimen 90.36 dan kelas XI-B sebagai kelas kontrol 86.69. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara model pembelajaran project based learning dengan model konvensional pada motivasi belajar sosiologi SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. *** This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between the project based learning (PjBL) learning model on motivation to study sociology in the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta (Case Study: Students in Classes XI-B and XI-H SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta). The hypotheses in this research include, H0: there is no influence of the project based learning (PjBL) learning model on motivation to study sociology in the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. Ha: there is an influence of the project based learning (PjBL) learning model on motivation to study sociology in the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 99. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The variables used are the independent variable (X), namely project based learning and the dependent variable (Y), namely motivation to learn sociology. The research was conducted in July-November 2023 at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. The population of this study was 288 people with a sample of 72 people. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, so that class XI-B and XI-H students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques include observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews and literature studies as well as data processing and analysis techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests and t tests, using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 25 and Microsoft assistance. The research results showed that there was a difference between the pre-test (84.75) and post-test (90.36) scores of the experimental class and the pre-test (77.81) and post-test (86.69) scores of the control class, this shows that there is an influence between the project based learning model. on motivation to study sociology. Based on the results of the t test with a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, the average value of class XI-H as the experimental class is 90.36 and class XI-B as the control class is 86.69. It can be concluded that there is a difference between the project based learning model and the conventional model in sociology learning motivation at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta.
