Abstract

Saat ini, keberadaan bahasa Indonesia, meski tidak nihil, namun tidak nampak berkembang di salah satu negara di Eropa, Prancis. Kurang berkembangnya pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di Prancis ini salah satunya dikarenakan keterbatasan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia bagi penutur asing, khususnya bagi penutur berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar BIPA 1 bagi penutur berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis. Bahan ajar ini dikhususkan bagi penutur berbahasa Prancis di mana pada proses pengembangannya menggabungkan Cadre éuropéen commun de référence pour les langues (CECRL) dan juga Permendikbud No. 27 tahun 2017 serta mengakomodasi k einginan dan kebutuhan pengajar serta pemelajar BIPA berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis. Hal ini bertujuan agar bahan ajar yang dikembangkan akan lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemelajar sasarannya, yakni pemelajar berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tabel acuan materi tingkat A1 pada CECRL, tabel Standar Kompetensi Lulusan BIPA 1 pada Permendikbud No. 27 tahun 2017, pemelajar BIPA berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis, serta pengajar BIPA di Prancis. Instrumen penelitian ini meliputi kegiatan studi pustaka, lembar kuesioner pemelajar, serta kegiatan wawancara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan prosedur penelitian dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan, yakni 1) Tahap analisis kebutuhan, 2) Tahap pengembangan, dan 3) Tahap evaluasi dan revisi. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini berbentuk purwarupa buku ajar BIPA 1 bagi penutur berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis. Produk luaran penelitian berupa purwarupa bahan ajar BIPA 1 bagi penutur berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis ini telah divalidasi dan dilakukan uji coba dengan hasil validasi dari ahli menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar dinyatakan telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip dasar bahan ajar berdasarkan Tomlinson (2013). Kata Kunci : Bahan ajar, BIPA 1, Buku ajar BIPA, Pemelajar berbahasa pertama bahasa Prancis. ******** Currently, the existence of the Indonesian language, although not nil, does not appear to be developing in one of the countries in Europe, France. The lack of development of Indonesian language teaching and learning in France is partly due to the limited Indonesian language teaching materials for foreign speakers, especially for first-language speakers of French. This research aims to develop BIPA 1 teaching materials for first-language speakers of French. This teaching material is specifically for French speakers, where in the development process it combines Cadre éuropéen commun de référence pour les langues (CECRL) and also Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 27 of 2017 and accommodate the wishes and needs of French first language BIPA teachers and students. This aims to ensure that the teaching materials developed will be more suited to the needs of the target students, namely French first language students. The data sources in this research are the A1 level material reference table in CECRL, the BIPA 1 Graduate Competency Standards table in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 27 of 2017, BIPA students whose first language is French, as well as BIPA teachers in France. This research instrument includes literature study activities, student questionnaire sheets, and interview activities. The research method used is a research development (R&D) model with research procedures carried out through 3 stages, namely 1) Needs analysis stage, 2) Development stage, and 3) Evaluation and revision stage. The teaching materials developed in this research are in the form of a BIPA 1 textbook prototype for firstlanguage speakers of French. The research output product in the form of a BIPA 1 teaching material prototype for first-language speakers of French has been validated and tested with validation results from experts stating that the teaching material is declared to have met the basic principles of teaching materials based on Tomlinson (2013).
