Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pemanfaatan sarana Tebet Eco Park yang menjadikan motivasi masyarakat sebagai rekreasi keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Terdapat tiga cara dalam pengambilan data, diantaranya yaitu pertama, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dilakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung aktivitas pengunjung di TEP. Kedua, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai sejumlah pengunjung TEP yang merupakan keluarga. Ketiga, pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang relevan mengenai TEP, seperti brosur, informasi dari website, atau dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang disediakan oleh TEP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Tebet Eco Park sebagai destinasi rekreasi keluarga cukup tinggi. Keluarga sering kali menggunakan fasilitas-fasilitas yang disediakan, terutama area bermain anak, jalur jogging, dan spot piknik. Selain itu, adanya kebutuhan akan ruang terbuka hijau di tengah perkotaan yang padat membuat TEP menjadi tempat yang diminati untuk melepas penat dan stres. Pengunjung juga menilai fasilitas yang diberikan cukup memadai, namun masih terdapat saran untuk perbaikan, seperti peningkatan kebersihan ataupun variasi fasilitas rekreasi yang lebih menarik. Dalam kesimpulan, dapat disampaikan bahwa Tebet Eco Park memiliki peran yang signifikan sebagai ruang rekreasi keluarga di tengah perkotaan. Namun, untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan secara optimal, perlu adanya upaya pengelolaan yang lebih baik, berdasarkan masukan dari pengunjung, guna mempertahankan minat masyarakat serta memberikan pengalaman rekreasi yang lebih baik lagi. ***** This study aims to review the utilization of Tebet Eco Park facilities that motivate people as family recreation. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. There are three ways of collecting data, including first, data collection through observation is done by directly observing visitor activities at TEP. Second, data collection through interviews was conducted by interviewing a number of TEP visitors who are families. Third, data collection through documentation studies was carried out by collecting relevant data about TEP, such as brochures, information from the website, or other documents related to the facilities and services provided by TEP. The results showed that the utilization of Tebet Eco Park as a family recreation destination is quite high. Families often use the facilities provided, especially the children's play area, jogging track, and picnic spots. In addition, the need for green open space in the middle of a crowded city makes TEP a desirable place to unwind and relieve stress. Visitors also rated the facilities provided as adequate, but there are still suggestions for improvement, such as improving cleanliness or a more interesting variety of recreational facilities. In conclusion, it can be said that Tebet Eco Park has a significant role as a family recreation space in the middle of the city. However, to increase optimal utilization, there needs to be better management efforts, based on input from visitors, to maintain public interest and provide a better recreational experience.
