Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hasil pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Palang Merah Indonesia untuk the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Model Kirkpatrick Level 2, yang fokus pada hasil belajar. Model kirkpatrick ini digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kompetensi baik dari aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap dari peserta pelatihan pertolongan pertama. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran post-test untuk penilaian aspek pengetahuan dan kuesioner dengan skala likert untuk penilaian aspek sikap. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar aspek evaluasi memberikan hasil positif. Pada aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan, post-test menunjukkan rata-rata nilai peserta pelatihan sebesar 80 dengan predikat sangat baik. Sementara itu, aspek sikap yang dievaluasi oleh instruktur pelatihan mendapatkan hasil positif sebesar 70% dengan penilaian baik. Rekomendasi dari hasil evaluasi reaksi dan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama pada IFRC di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Palang Merah Indonesia dinilai baik dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan, baik untuk pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama maupun pelatihan serupa. ***** This writing aims to evaluate the outcomes of the First Aid training organized by the Indonesian Red Cross Education and Training Agency for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The evaluation employs the Kirkpatrick Level 2 Model, which focuses on learning outcomes. This Kirkpatrick model is used to measure the level of competence in the aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the participants in the first aid training. Data is collected through the distribution of post-tests for the assessment of knowledge aspects and Likert-scale questionnaires for the assessment of attitude aspects. The data results indicate that most evaluation aspects yield positive outcomes. In terms of knowledge and skills, the post-test shows an average score of 80 with an excellent predicate. Meanwhile, the attitude aspect evaluated by the training instructors obtains a positive result of 70% with a good rating. Recommendations from the reaction and learning outcome evaluations suggest that the First Aid training at IFRC by the Indonesian Red Cross Education and Training Agency is deemed good and is recommended to be continued, both for First Aid training and similar programs.
