Abstract
Penelitian berikut dimaksudkan guna melihat hasil dari Efikasi Diri dan Organisasi Pembelajaran akan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif melalui Keterlibatan Kerja pada Guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Babelan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Data diambil menggunakan teknik survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 186 guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Babelan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Jumlah sampel adalah 127 guru yang diambil memanfaatkan teknik proporsional random sampling, kemudian data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0 dengan teknik analisis outer model dan analisis inner model. Temuan penelitian berikut memperlihatkan bahwasanya Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif signifikan akan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Lalu, Organisasi Pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan akan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Selanjutnya, Efikasi Diri memiliki dampak positif serta signifikan akan Keterlibatan Kerja. Organisasi Pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan akan Keterlibatan Kerja. Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan akan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Kemudian, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Efikasi Diri akan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif melalui Keterlibatan Kerja. Lalu yang terakhir, adanya pengaruh antara Organisasi Pembelajaran akan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif melalui Keterlibatan Kerja. **** This study aims to examine the effects of learning organizations and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior through work engagement in public high school teachers in Babelan District, Bekasi Regency. Questionnaires were distributed in order to gather data utilizing survey methodologies. 186 public high school teachers in Babelan District, Bekasi Regency, made up the study's population. A proportionate random sampling strategy was used to choose a sample size of 127 teachers. The data was analyzed using both inner and outer model analysis techniques in SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results of the following studies show that innovative work behavior is significantly positively impacted by self-efficacy. Subsequently, Innovative Work Behavior is positively and significantly impacted by Learning Organization. Moreover, Work Engagement is positively and significantly impacted by Self-Efficacy. Work Engagement is positively and significantly impacted by Learning Organizations. Innovative Work Behavior is positively and significantly impacted by work engagement. Therefore, there is no relationship between work engagement and self-efficacy in terms of innovative work behavior. Lastly, work engagement has an impact on innovative work behavior through learning organizations.
