Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui deskripsi dari gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan Head Office PT X. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Head Office PT X. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Head Office PT X. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan Head Office PT X. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kausalitas. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 109 orang yang merupakan seluruh populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, data sekunder, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ********** This study aims to: (1) Knowing the description of the leadership style, organizational commitment, and employee performance in the Head Office PT X. (2) Analyzing the effect of leadership style on employee performance in the Head Office PT X. (3) Analyzing the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance in the Head Office PT X. (4) Analyzing the effect of leadership style and organizational commitment together on employee performance in the Head Office PT X. The type of data used is quantitative. The methodThe sample in this study was 109 people who were all of the populations. Collecting data using observation, interviews, secondary data, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25.0. Based on the analysis, it was found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style and organizational commitment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
