Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh Firm Growth dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2021-2022. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Sales Growth, Asset Growth, dan Total Asset Turnover sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian ini yaitu kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan Economic Value Added. Metode penelitan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang diperoleh melalui website resmi BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software Eviews 12 dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa asset growth berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, sales growth berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. **** This study was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of Firm Growth and Total Asset Turnover on the financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period. The independent variables in this study are Sales Growth, Asset Growth, and Total Asset Turnover, while the dependent variable in this study is financial performance which is proxied by Economic Value Added. This study method is quantitative research using secondary data originating from annual reports of manufacturing companies obtained through the official IDX website. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study was processed using Eviews 12 software and using the panel data regression analysis method. The results of this research prove that asset growth has a positive effect on financial performance, sales growth has a negative effect on financial performance, and total asset turnover has no effect on financial performance.
