Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Timur, mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Timur, serta mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 204 guru se-kecamatan Cakung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 guru, dengan penentuan sampelnya menggunakan rumus slovin dengan toleransi kesalahan sebesar 5%. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi digital terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi digital terhadap kompetensi guru; (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi guru; (6) kompetensi guru mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kinerja guru, (7) kompetensi guru mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. ********** This research aims to determine the influence of digital literacy, work motivation, and teacher competency on the performance of State High School teachers in East Jakarta, determine the influence of digital literacy and work motivation on the competency of State High School teachers in East Jakarta, and determine the influence of digital literacy and work motivation on performance. teachers through the competency of State High School teachers in East Jakarta. The population used in this research was 204 teachers in Cakung sub-district. This research uses a probability sampling technique with a sample size of 135 teachers, with sample determination using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5%. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach using path analysis techniques. The research results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of digital literacy variables on teacher performance; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation variables on teacher performance; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of teacher competency variables on teacher performance; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of digital literacy variables on teacher competence; (5) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation variables on teacher competence; (6) teacher competency is able to partially mediate the influence of digital literacy on teacher performance, (7) teacher competency is able to partially mediate the influence of work motivation on teacher performance.
