Abstract

*******ABSTRACT********* Penurunan populasi penduduk di Jepang menjadi perhatian utama seiring berjalannya waktu, menciptakan tantangan serius bagi negara tersebut. Faktor-faktor seperti rendahnya angka kelahiran, perubahan norma sosial, dan pergeseran peran gender, yang juga dipengaruhi oleh budaya malu, menjadi aspek penyebab penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi haji no bunka terhadap penurunan populasi di Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket. Dasar penyusunan angket ini menggunakan beberapa variabel seperti harga diri, etos kerja, penurunan populasi di Jepang serta haji no bunka. Responden dari angket tersebut adalah masyarakat Jepang. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa haji no bunka secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi penurunan populasi di Jepang. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh haji no bunka dalam memahami dinamika penurunan populasi, menyoroti bahwa aspek-aspek seperti harga diri dan etos kerja juga turut berperan penting dalam membentuk keputusan hidup masyarakat Jepang yang belum menikah. Dengan menggunakan variabel-variabel ini, angket membantu menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan jumlah penduduk di negara Jepang. ********ABSTRACT******* Japan's declining population has become a major concern over time, creating serious challenges for the country. Factors such as low birth rates, changing social norms, and shifting gender roles, which are also influenced by a culture of shame, are contributing aspects to the decline. This study aims to determine the correlation of haji no bunka to population decline in Japan. This research uses a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The basis of this questionnaire uses several variables such as self-esteem, work ethic, population decline in Japan and Hajj no bunka. The respondents of the questionnaire are Japanese people. From the results of this study, it is known that Hajj no bunka indirectly affects population decline in Japan. This research explains the influence of Hajj no bunka in understanding the dynamics of population decline, highlighting that aspects such as self-esteem and work ethic also play an important role in shaping the life decisions of unmarried Japanese people. Using these variables, the questionnaire helps to explain the factors affecting population decline in Japan.
