Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis Green Competitive Advantage, Green Innovation dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan perusahaan dan laporan keberlanjutan pada perusahaan sektor basic materials yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2021-2022 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Didapatkan total sampel akhir sebanyak 64 perusahaan, sehingga total data observasi selama tahun 2021-2022 sebanyak 128 data. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Econometric Views 13 (EViews). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa green competitive advantage dan green innovation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan yang mempunyai proses produksi dan produk yang mendukung inovasi hijau akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Maka penelitian ini membuktikan dan memberikan informasi bagi pihak manajemen perusahaan serta masyarakat bahwa terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan nilai perusahaan. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the Green Competitive Advantage, Green Innovation and Company Size on Company Value. This study uses secondary data sources derived from the company's annual report and sustainability report on basic materials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2022 with purposive sampling technique. A total final sample of 70 companies was obtained, so that the total observation data during 2021-2022 was 140 data. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using Econometric Views 13 (EViews) software. The results of this study prove that the green competitive advantage and green innovation has a significant positive effect on company value, while company size has no effect on company value. Companies that have production processes and products that support green competitive advantage and green innovation will increase company value. So this research prove and provides information for company management and the public that there are many factors that can influence increasing the value of the company.
