Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah, organisasi pembelajar, dan keterikatan kerja terhadap komitmen normatif guru. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Sampel penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 343 guru. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen normatif guru; (2) organisasi pembelajar berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen normatif guru; (3) keterikatan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen normatif guru; (4) kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keterikatan kerja guru; (5) organisasi pembelajar berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keterikatan kerja guru; (6) kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap komitmen normatif guru melalui keterikatan kerja; (7) organisasi pembelajar berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap komitmen normatif guru melalui keterikatan kerja. Dalam kerangka pengelolaan dan peningkatan mutu guru, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan peran kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah, pengembangan sekolah sebagai organisasi pembelajar, serta peningkatan keterikatan kerja sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan komitmen normatif guru. Kata kunci: guru, komitmen normatif, kepemimpinan visioner, keterikatan kerja, organisasi pembelajar The objective of this research was to explained about the effect of principal's visionary leadership, learning organization, and work engagement on teacher normative commitment. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach. Population in this study were state junior high school teachers in Bekasi City. Selected sample by using random sampling technique as much as 343 teachers. The data obtained with questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. These research finding showed that: (1) principal's visionary leadership has a positive direct effect on the teacher’s normative commitment; (2) learning organization has a positive direct effect on teacher’s normative commitment; (3) work engagement has a positive direct effect on teacher’s normative commitment; (4) principal's visionary leadership has a positive direct effect on teacher’s work engagement; (5) learning organization has a positive direct effect on teacher’s work engagement; (6) principal's visionary leadership has a positive indirect effect on teacher’s normative commitment through work engagement; (7) learning organizations has a positive indirect effect on teacher’s normative commitment through work engagement. Within the framework of teacher management and quality improvement, this research recommends enhancing the role of principal's visionary leadership, fostering school development as a learning organization, and improving work engagement to strengthen teachers' normative commitment.
