Abstract

Dampak dari kemajuan infrastruktur teknologi mengenalkan cara baru dalam menjalankan bisnis yang diikuti oleh pemerintah yaitu e-government. Namun, tidak ditemukan adanya analisis Website LKPP E-Katalog terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website LKPP E-Katalog sebagai platform e-government terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode WebQual 4.0 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Diperoleh data dari 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling melalui kuesioner online dengan Google Form. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0. Hasil analisis pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Website berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna sebesar 74,4%. Kegunaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan Kualitas Infromasi dan Interaksi Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas website LKPP E-Katalog secara umum baik, namun beberapa area perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna secara keseluruhan yaitu indikator US3 “Website E-Katalog mudah dinavigasikan”, US5 “Website E-Katalog memiliki penampilan yang menarik”, US8 “Website E-Katalog memberikan pengalaman yang positif dalam penggunaannya”, SI4 “Website E-Katalog memberi ruang untuk personalisasi”, US5 “Website E-Katalog memberi kemudahan untuk berkomunikasi”. ********** The development of information technology infrastructure has introduced new ways of conducting business, and the government has followed suit with e-government initiatives. However, no analysis of the LKPP E-Katalog website's impact on user satisfaction has been found. This study aims to analyze the quality of the LKPP E-Katalog website, an e-government platform, in relation to user satisfaction. The study employs the WebQual 4.0 Method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected from 100 respondents using purposive sampling through an online questionnaire with Google Forms. Data processing was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 software. The analysis results show that website quality has a significant positive impact on user satisfaction (74.4%). Usability has a significant negative impact on user satisfaction, while Information Quality and Service Interaction have significant positive impacts. This research concludes that the overall quality of the LKPP E-Katalog website is good. However, several areas need improvement to enhance overall user satisfaction, namely the indicators US3 "The E-Catalog website is easy to navigate", US5 "The E-Catalog website has an attractive appearance", US8 "The E-Catalog website provides a positive experience in its use", SI4 "The E-Catalog website provides space for personalization", US5 "The E-Catalog website facilitates communication”.
