Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh Watermark Indonesia Event Organizer dalam mengelola dan menyukseskan proyek-proyek acara. Komunikasi yang efektif antar divisi merupakan faktor kunci dalam memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan acara dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan dari divisi event dan divisi creative, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Watermark Indonesia Event Organizer menerapkan beberapa strategi komunikasi yang mencakup komunikasi internal, dan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi yang canggih. Komunikasi internal yang memastikan informasi penting disampaikan dengan jelas dan tepat waktu kepada semua anggota tim. Teknologi komunikasi seperti aplikasi manajemen proyek dan platform komunikasi online digunakan untuk memfasilitasi kolaborasi dan koordinasi antar divisi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang efektif di Watermark Indonesia Event Organizer berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kesuksesan proyek acara yang mereka kelola. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi organisasi lain dalam mengembangkan strategi komunikasi internal yang efektif. This research aims to explore the communication strategies applied by Watermark Indonesia Event Organizer in managing and succeeding event projects. Effective communication between divisions is a key factor in ensuring the smooth execution of events and achieving organizational goals. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, which involves in-depth interviews with employees from the event division and creative division, direct observation, and documentation analysis. The results show that Watermark Indonesia Event Organizer implements several communication strategies that include internal communication, and the use of advanced communication technology. Internal communication that ensures important information is delivered clearly and timely to all team members. Communication technologies such as project management applications and online communication platforms are used to facilitate collaboration and coordination between divisions. This research concludes that effective communication strategies at Watermark Indonesia Event Organizer contribute significantly to the success of the event projects they manage. This study is expected to be a reference for other organizations in developing effective internal communication strategies.
