Abstract

Dibalik tujuan program PKL yang memiliki banyak keunggulan, program PKL masih mempunyai banyak permasalahan yang terjadi, dalam pelaksanaan PKL di SMK kota Bandar Lampung saat ini menurut pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti melalui observasi ke sekolah yaitu adanya kesenjangan antara kinerja dan standar PKL. Maka dibutuhkan solusi untuk menjawab kendala yang dihadapi tersebut yaitu dengan mengevaluasi progam untuk mengetahui kesenjangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis hasil evaluasi program PKL pada kompetensi keahlian multimedia di SMK Negeri kota Bandar Lampung dari sudut pandang desain (definition stage), 2) menganalisis hasil evaluasi program PKL pada kompetensi keahlian multimedia di SMK Negeri kota Bandar Lampung dari sudut pandang instalasi (instalation stage), 3) menganalisis hasil evaluasi program PKL pada kompetensi keahlian multimedia di SMK Negeri kota Bandar Lampung dari sudut pandang proses (process stage), 4) menganalisis hasil evaluasi program PKL pada kompetensi keahlian multimedia di SMK Negeri kota Bandar Lampung dari sudut pandang hasil (product stage). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan gabungan (mixed methode) dengan metode penelitian concurrent triangulation strategy, jika ditemukan perbedaan data maka akan dilakukan trianggulasi sumber data. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan statistika deskriptif dan kualitatif dengan Miles dan Huberman. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model discrepancy evaluation model (DEM), yang meliputi empat aspek: (1) desain, (2) instalasi, (3) proses, dan (4) produk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada tahap desain, program PKL sudah didefinisikan dengan baik pada Kompetensi Keahlian Multimedia di SMK Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung, pada tahap instalasi masih ditemukan ada kesenjangan dalam pelaksanaan sebuah program PKL pada Kompetensi Keahlian Multimedia di SMK Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung, pada tahap proses, sudah tercapaian hasil jangka pendek dari program PKL pada Kompetensi Keahlian Multimedia di SMK Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung, dan pada tahap produk, belum sepenuhnyya tercapaian tujuan akhir program PKL pada Kompetensi Keahlian Multimedia di SMK Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung. This research uses a mixed method with a concurrent triangulation strategy research method. If differences in data are found then triangulation of data sources will be carried out. Data analysis used in this research uses quantitative data analysis with descriptive and qualitative statistics with Miles and Huberman. This research uses the discrepancy evaluation model (DEM), which includes four aspects: (1) design, (2) installation, (3) process, and (4) product. Based on the results of research at the design stage, the PKL program has been well defined in the Multimedia Skills Competency at State Vocational Schools in Bandar Lampung City, at the installation stage there were still errors found in the implementation of a PKL program at the Multimedia Skills Competency at State Vocational Schools in Bandar Lampung City, at the process stage , the short-term results of the PKL program on Multimedia Skills Competency at State Vocational Schools in Bandar Lampung City have been achieved, and at the product stage, the final goal of the PKL program on Multimedia Skills Competency at State Vocational Schools in Bandar Lampung City has not yet been fully achieved.
