Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan. Pertama, untuk mendeskripsikan latarbelakang kebertahanan Magista Squad. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi yang dilakukan Magista Squad ketika mengalami perubahan. Ketiga, untuk mendeskripsikan keberlanjutan Magista Squad saat ini atas resiliensi yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi perubahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ekstrakurikuler paskibra yang memiliki nama Magista Squad. Wawancara dilakukan dengan 10 informan, yaitu pembina paskibra, 2 pelatih paskibra, ketua paskibra, 4 anggota paskibra, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan OSIS sekbid paskibra. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 15 Tangerang yang terletak di Jalan Villa Tangerang Regensi, RT 09 RW 11, Periuk, Kecamatan Periuk, Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa resiliensi organisasi sebagai upaya yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi perubahan dengan memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang dapat membantu Magista Squad meningkatkan kembali keberadaannya di kalangan paskibra. Beberapa strategi dilakukan oleh Magista Squad. Pertama, dimulai dengan strategi penguatan in group yang dilakukan supaya anggota Magista tetap bertahan dan dapat berkembang lagi. Kelompok dapat bertahan jika anggota tetap bertahan dan memiliki pemikiran yang sama dalam mencapai tujuan. Kemudian, strategi bertahan dilakukan melalui program kerja Gelora dan Perlombaan. Kedua program kerja tersebut dapat membuat Magista Squad memiliki ketahanan pada keberadaannya saat menghadapi perubahan. Selain itu, pandangan outgroup terhadap Magista Squad ada yang menunjukkan kecemburuan atas capaian-capaian Magista Squad. Keberlanjutan saat ini atas resiliensi yang dilakukan oleh Magista Squad yaitu kembali memenangkan banyak perlombaan dan dipercaya untuk menjadi pengisi acara pada acara-acara penting. First, to describe the background of Magista Squad as a social group that has a solid in group in organizational resilience. Second, to describe organizational resilience as a survival strategy carried out by Magista Squad in the face of change. Third, to describe the impact felt by Magista Squad on the survival strategy carried out in the face of change. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Research data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The subject of this research is the extracurricular paskibra which has the name Magista Squad. Interviews were conducted with 10 informants, namely the paskibra coach, 2 paskibra coaches, the head of the paskibra, 4 paskibra members, the vice principal for curriculum and OSIS sekbid paskibra. This research was conducted at SMAN 15 Tangerang, which is located at Jalan Villa Tangerang Regensi, RT 09 RW 11, Periuk, Periuk Subdistrict, Tangerang City, Banten Province. The results of this study explain that organizational resilience is an effort made in dealing with change by taking advantage of opportunities that can help Magista Squad increase its presence among the paskibra. Several strategies were carried out by Magista Squad. First, it starts with an in-group strengthening strategy that is carried out so that Magista members survive and can develop again. The group can survive if members survive and have the same thoughts in achieving goals. Then, the survival strategy is carried out through the Gelora and Race work programs. Both work programs can make Magista Squad have resilience in terms of existence when facing changes. In addition, there are outgroup views of Magista Squad that show jealousy of Magista Squad's achievements. The current sustainability of the resilience carried out by Magista Squad is winning many competitions again and being trusted to be a performer at important events.
