Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan fasilitas pada PT Dwidaya World Wide terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teori yang digunakan yaitu teori SERVQUAL. Kualitas pelayanan fasilitas pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan kualitas pelayanan (X) dengan berbagai dimensi seperti Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy dan kepuasana konsumen(Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen PT Dwidaya World Wide. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang telah menggunakan jasa layanan PT Dwidaya World Wide. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan nilai rata-rata program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of service quality at PT Dwidaya World Wide on consumer satisfaction. The technique used in this research uses a quantitative approach, the theory used is the SERVQUAL theory. The quality of facility services in this research is measured using service quality (X) with various dimensions such as Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and consumer satisfaction (Y). The research method used is a survey with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to consumers of PT Dwidaya World Wide. The respondents in this research were 100 respondents who were consumers who had used PT Dwidaya World Wide's services. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics with the average value of the SPSS program. The results of this research show that the hypothesis has proven to have a positive and significant effect. Service quality variables influence consumer satisfaction.
