Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap destinasi wisata Hutan Kota Srengseng, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dilakukan dengan menyebar Angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Teknik Insidental Sampling sebanyak 79 responden dan diolah menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap destinasi wisata di Hutan Kota Srengseng yang meliputi kriteria-kriteria kelayakan sarana dan prasarana objek wisata seperti: objek wisata, akses, aktivitas rekreasi, transportasi, fasilitas, komunikasi, keamanan, kebersihan, sarana ibadah, dan sarana olahraga berada dalam range puas dengan perhitungan menggunakan Customer Satisfication Score (CSAT) untuk mengukur kepuasan pengunjung ini diukur dengan metode survey yang memintapelanggan untuk menilai kepuasan mereka dalam skala berkisar antara 1 hingga 5 atau dari sangat tidak puas hingga sangat puas, dengan hasil sebanyak 71 orang pengunjung menyatakan puas lalu sebanyak 8 orang menyatakan tidak puas dengan persentase sebesar 89,8% puas dan 10,2% tidak puas. Hasil tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan dari Indikator objek wisata 74,6% responden menyatakan puas dengan keberadaan Hutan Kota Srengseng yang merupakan objek wisata, Lokasi tersebut di antaranya yaitu : Danau, Amphiteater, Wall Climbing, Budidaya Sarang Lebah Madu, Spot Foto, dan Arena Bermain Anak.Terdapat banyak sekali atraksi wisata yang tersedia, baik atraksi wisata alam yakni pemandangan yang indah dan koleksi tumbuhan yang kurang lebih mencapai 800 jenis. Hasil indikator fasilitas yaitu puas dengan persentase sebesar 62% responden dengan kondisi fasilitas arena bermain di Hutan Kota Srengseng baik. Hasil pada indikator aksesibilitas dengan persentase sebesar 96,2% responden menyatakan puas bahwa jalan menuju Hutan Kota Srengseng dapat ditempuh menggunakan kendaraan beroda empat. Kata kunci : Hutan Kota, Pengunjung, Kepuasan ***** This study aims to find out how the level of visitor satisfaction with the tourist destination of the Hutan Kota Srengseng , West Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis research method with a survey approach carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study uses the Incidental Sampling Technique for 79 respondents and is processed using a Likert scale. The results of this study show that the level of satisfaction of visitors with tourist destinations in the Hutan Kota Srengseng which includes the eligibility criteria for facilities and infrastructure of tourist attractions such as: tourist attractions, access, recreational activities, transportation, facilities, communication, security, cleanliness, worship facilities, and sports facilities are in the range of satisfaction with the calculation using The Customer Satisfication Score (CSAT) to measure visitor satisfaction is measured by a survey method that asks customers to rate their satisfaction on a scale ranging from 1 to 5 or from very dissatisfied to very satisfied, with the results of 71 visitors expressing satisfaction and then as many as 8 people expressing dissatisfaction with a percentage of 89.8% satisfied and 10.2% dissatisfied. The results were obtained based on the tourist attraction indicator, 74.6% of respondents stated that they were satisfied with the existence of the Hutan Kota Srengseng which is a tourist attraction, these locations include: Lake, Amphiteria, Wall Climbing, Honeybee Hive Cultivation, Photo Spots, and Children's Playgrounds. There are a lot of tourist attractions available, both natural tourist attractions, namely beautiful scenery and a collection of plants that approximately reach 800 types. The results of the facility indicator were satisfied with the percentage of 62% of respondents with the condition of the playground facilities in the Hutan Kota Srengseng was good. The results on the accessibility indicator with a percentage of 96.2% of respondents expressed satisfaction that the road to the Hutan Kota Srengseng can be reached using a four-wheeled vehicle.
