Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan, menganalisis kelayakan, dan efektivitas Model Pembelajaran IPS berbantuan Mobile Learning Untuk Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D), penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan mengkombinasikan model Borg and Gall, Dick and Carey dan model Hannafin and Peck. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran IPS berbantuan mobile learning yang dinamakan Model SINAU. Evaluasi formatif yang dilakukan melibatkan one-to-one expert (ahli materi, ahli desain instruksional, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa),one-to-one user (tiga siswa), small group (sembilan siswa), dan field trial (30 siswa), hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa model ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Analisis efektivitas model pembelajaran IPS Berbantuan Mobile Learning (Model Sinau) menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari rata-rata 54 pada pretest menjadi 90 pada postest. Hasil uji t yang dihitung dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk skor pretest dan posttest pemahaman konsep materi didapatkan nilai t hitung 20,393 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 1,669. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dengan posttest yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Perhitungan n-gain skor tes sebesar 0,79 dengan kategori tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran IPS berbantuan mobile learning (Model Sinau) efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran IPS berbantuan mobile learning (Model Sinau) menjadi alternatif pembelajaran IPS dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. **** This research aims to develop and analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the Social Studies Learning Model assisted by Mobile Learning for Junior High School Students. The research uses the Research & Development (R&D) method, the development research carried out combines the Borg and Gall, Dick and Carey, and Hannafin and Peck models. This research produces a social studies learning model assisted by mobile learning called the SINAU Model. The formative evaluation carried out involved one-to-one experts (material experts, instructional design experts, media experts, and language experts), one-to-one users (three students), small groups (nine students), and field trials (30 students), the results of the formative evaluation show that this model is suitable for use in learning. Analysis of the effectiveness of the Mobile Learning Assisted Social Sciences learning model (Sinau Model) shows an increase in student learning outcomes from an average of 54 in the pretest to 90 in the posttest. The t-test results calculated using SPSS for the pretest and post-test scores for understanding material concepts showed that the calculated t-value was 20.393, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.669. Based on these calculations, there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results, which means there is a significant influence from the use of the learning model developed before and after learning. The n-gain calculation for the test score is 0.79 in the high category. It can be concluded that the social studies learning model assisted by mobile learning (Sinau Model) is effective for use in learning.
