Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan mengevaluasi pemanfaatan Learning Management System (LMS) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan observasi terhadap implementasi LMS di berbagai fakultas di UNJ. Responden penelitian terdiri dari dosen, staf administrasi akademik, dan mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan LMS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS di UNJ telah berhasil dalam memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhan pengguna terkait aksesibilitas, manajemen materi pembelajaran, dan pemantauan akademik. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi termasuk kebutuhan untuk memperkuat kebijakan keamanan data, meningkatkan adaptasi fitur LMS yang lebih spesifik, serta memperluas program pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pengguna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki dan mengembangkan penggunaan LMS sebagai alat yang efektif dalam mendukung proses pendidikan di UNJ. This study employed a qualitative approach to evaluate the utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection methods included in-depth interviews, documentation review, and observation of LMS implementation across various faculties at UNJ. Respondents included faculty members, academic administrative staff, and active LMS-using students. The findings indicate that the LMS at UNJ has successfully met the majority of user needs related to accessibility, learning material management, and academic monitoring. However, challenges identified include the need to strengthen data security policies, enhance adaptation of more specific LMS features, and expand continuous training programs for users. The implications of this research provide recommendations to improve and develop the use of LMS as an effective tool in supporting the educational process at UNJ.
