Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas dari pelaksanaan program pelatihan Digital Leadership Academy (DLA) mitra Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford Cohort 2 di Pusdiklat Kominfo dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick Level 1 Reaksi dan Level 2 Pembelajaran. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi ini adalah 1) Level 1 Reaksi, Peserta sangat puas pada aspek materi, panitia, dan kemampuan pendamping, serta Peserta puas pada aspek waktu pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sarana, dan kemampuan pemateri/pengajar. 2) Level 2 Pembelajaran, pada kegiatan pemberian materi peserta cukup aktif dan kehadirannya cukup bagus. Pada kegiatan pendampingan, peserta mampu mempresentasikan progres penulisan Policy Brief dengan baik, aktif berdiskusi, dan kehadiran cukup baik. Pada seminar Policy Brief, peserta mampu menjelaskan hasil akhir dari dokumen Policy Brief dengan baik, mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh penguji, dan seluruh peserta hadir dalam kegiatan seminar Policy Brief. Namun terdapat beberapa peserta yang pasif. ***** This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the training program for of implementing the Digital Leadership Academy (DLA) training program by the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford Cohort 2 at Pusdiklat Kominfo using qualitative methods and Kirkpatrick's evaluation model at Level 1 Reaction and Level 2 Learning. The result of this evaluation is: 1) Level 1 Reaction: Participants expressed high satisfaction with the course content, the committee aspect, and the capabilities of facilitators, and Participants are satisfied with the timing of the learning implementation, the facilities, and the capabilities of instructors. 2) Level 2 Learning: During the instructional sessions, participants were reasonably active, and attendance was good. During mentoring activities, participants effectively presented progress on their Policy Brief writing, actively engaged in discussions, and had good attendance. In the Policy Brief seminar, participants successfully explained their final Policy Brief documents, answered questions from examiners satisfactorily, and all participants attended the seminar. However, there were a few participants who were passive.
