Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, knowledge sharing, dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi yang menjadi target penelitian ini sebanyak 353 Kepala Sekolah SMP negeri dan swasta di Kabupaten Bekasi. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling sebanyak 188 kepala sekolah. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah; (2) iklim organisasi sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah; (3) knowledge sharing berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah; (4) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap knowledge sharing; (5) iklim organisasi sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap knowledge sharing; (6) efikasi diri berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah melalui knowledge sharing; dan (7) iklim organisasi sekolah berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah melalui knowledge sharing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peningkatan perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri, pengembangan iklim organisasi sekolah, dan peningkatan intensitas knowledge sharing. Kata kunci: perilaku inovatif, efikasi diri, knowledge sharing, iklim organisasi, kepala sekolah   ABSTRACT This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of self-efficacy, knowledge sharing, and school organizational climate on the innovative behavior of school principals. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The target population for this research was 353 Principals of public and private Junior High Schools in Bekasi Regency. The sample was selected using proportional random sampling technique, which consisted of 188 school principals. The data was collected through a questionnaire and subsequently analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate: (1) self-efficacy has a direct positive influence on the innovative behavior of school principals; (2) the school organizational climate has a direct positive influence on the innovative behavior of school principals; (3) knowledge sharing has a direct positive influence on the innovative behavior of school principals; (4) self-efficacy has a direct positive influence on knowledge sharing; (5) the school organizational climate has a direct positive influence on knowledge sharing; (6) self-efficacy has an indirect positive influence on the innovative behavior of school principals through knowledge sharing; (7) the school organizational climate has an indirect positive influence on the innovative behavior of school principals through knowledge sharing. Based on the results of this research, enhancing the innovative behavior of school principals can be achieved through augmenting self-efficacy, cultivating a conducive organizational climate within the school, and intensifying knowledge sharing.
