Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh goal orientation terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh goal orientation dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta yang akan melaksanakan praktik kerja lapangan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 140 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis propotional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi linear berganda. Sedangkan untuk olah data penelitian menggunakan aplikasi statistic SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) goal orientation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. (2) fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. (3) goal orientation dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan bahwa siswa sebaiknya lebih mempersiapkan diri untuk memasuki dunia kerja karena semakin tingginya persaingan dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Kemudian peningkatan kualitas sarana prasarana dan proses pembelajaran di sekolah perlu diperhatikan. Kata Kunci: Goal Orientation, Fasilitas Belajar, Kesiapan Kerja. ***** The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of goal orientation on the job readiness of students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, to determine the influence of learning facilities on the job readiness of students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, and to determine the influence of goal orientation and learning facilities on the job readiness of students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, using an ex-post facto research design. The population in this study consists of students from SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta who will undertake fieldwork practice. The sample of this study is 140 students. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive quantitative techniques and multiple linear regression. For data processing, the statistical software SPSS 26 was used. The results of this research are: (1) goal orientation has a positive and significant influence on the job readiness of students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta; (2) learning facilities have a positive influence on the job readiness of students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta; and (3) goal orientation and learning facilities together have a positive and significant influence on the job readiness of students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that students better prepare themselves for entering the workforce due to increasing competition. Additionally, improving the quality of infrastructure and the learning process at school needs to be prioritized. Keywords: Goal Orientation, Learning Facilities, Job Readiness.
