Abstract

Pembinaan keagamaan merupakan hal yang sangat amat penting, dikarenakan di Indonesia sendiri agama dianggap atau dipercayai merupakan hal yang amat sakral dan suci, serta agama diyakini para pemeluknya mengatur setiap perihal tentang kehidupan. Menjadikan sebuah program pembinaan yang menggunakan pendekatan agama dapat diyakini lebih efektif dalam menguatkan dan meningkatkan perilaku sosial anak binaan. Tujuan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui program keagamaan apa saja yang telah diterapkan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas I Tangerang dan sejauh mana program pembinaan keagamaan berdampak terhadap penguatan perilaku sosial anak binaan di LPKA tersebut, sekiranya peneliti dapat membantu memberikan refleksi dari program keagamaan yang telah dilakukan dan dilaksanakan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas I Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, peneliti mendeskripsikan bagaimana program keagamaan tersebut dilaksanakan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas I Tangerang, dan bagaimana program keagamaan di LPKA yang telah diterapkan dalam menguatkan perilaku sosial anak binaan. teknik pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dengan interview (wawancara) dan observasi (pengamatan), dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa narasumber yaitu Kepala Bidang Bimbingan Kemasyrakatan, Kasubsie Pendidikan, Pengajar, dan para anak binaan, lalu mekasanakan observasi terhadap beberapa aspek meliputi pelaksanaan pembinaan keagamaan, dan perilaku sosial para anak binaan. Berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa hal seperti program pembinaan keagamaan yang terdapat di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas I Tangerang terdiri dari 5 kegiatan yaitu sholat berjamaah, mengaji Al-Quran, kajian ceramah, seni dan budaya (hadroh), dan peringatan hari-hari besar islam. Dari program pembinaan keagamaan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi penguatan perilaku sosial yang cukup signifikan terhadap para anak binaan melalui program pembinaan keagamaan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh LPKA Kelas I Tangerang. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Sosial, Program Pembinaan Keagamaan. ***** Religious development is a very, very important thing, because in Indonesia itself religion is considered or believed to be a very sacred and sacred thing, and religion is believed to be the adherents regulate every matter about life. Making a coaching program that uses a religious approach can be believed to be more effective in strengthening and improving the social behavior of fostered children. The purpose of the researcher to conduct this study, the researcher wants to know what religious programs have been implemented in the Tangerang Class I Special Children's Development Institution and the extent to which the religious development program has an impact on strengthening the social behavior of the fostered children in LPKA, if the researcher can help provide reflection on the religious programs that have been carried out and implemented at the Tangerang Class I Special Children's Development Institution. This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative research using a case study approach, the researcher describes how the religious program is implemented at the Tangerang Class I Special Children's Development Institution, and how the religious program at LPKA has been implemented in strengthening the social behavior of the fostered children. Data collection techniques can be carried out by interviews and observations, by conducting interviews with several resource persons, namely the Head of Social Guidance, Head of Education Subdivision, Teachers, and the fostered children, then making observations on several aspects including the implementation of religious guidance, and the social behavior of the fostered children. Based on interviews and observations carried out, the results of this study show several things such as the religious coaching program at the Tangerang Class I Special Children's Development Institution consists of 5 activities, namely congregational prayers, reciting the Quran, lecture studies, art and culture (hadroh), and commemoration of Islamic holidays. From the religious coaching program carried out, it can be concluded that there is a significant strengthening of social behavior for the fostered children through the religious coaching program that has been implemented by LPKA Class I Tangerang.
