Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pejaran Dasar – Dasar Kosntruksi Bangunan di SMKN 35 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimen dengan desain nonequivalen control grup design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa aktif kelas X DPIB yang sedang mengambil mata pelajaran Dasar – Dasar Konstruksi Bangunan dengan total sampel 68 siswa. Pengumpulan data berupa soal test pre-test dan post-test. Soal sebanyak 10 soal dengan mengacu kepada 5 indikator berikir kritis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol mengalami perbedaan hasil nilai rata – rata yang signifikan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T sebesar nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Pada uji Regresi Linear sederhana model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning menunjukan pengaruh positif yaitu +2,4% pada materi Konsep Green-Building, +3,6 % pada materi Syarat dan Prinsip Penerapan Green- Building dan +7,2% pada materi Bahan Bangunan Berbasis Green-Building. Maka dari itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning dan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis **** This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on students' critical thinking skills in the Basics of Building Construction at SMKN 35 Jakarta. This study uses a type of Quasi Experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study is active students of class X DPIB who are taking the Basics of Building Construction subjects with a total sample of 68 students. Data collection is in the form of pre-test and post-test questions. There are 10 questions with reference to 5 indicators of critical thinking. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the experimental class and the control class experienced a significant difference in the results of the average score. It is evidenced by the results of the T test of sig values of 0.000 < 0.05. In the simple Linear Regression test, the Problem Based Learning learning model showed a positive influence, namely +2.4% on the Green-Building Concept material, +3.6% on the Requirements and Principles of Green-Building Implementation material, and +7.2% on the Green-Building Based Building Materials material. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model has an effect on students' critical thinking skills. Keywords : Problem Based Learning and Critical Thinking Skills
