Abstract

Era digital saat ini tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Guru diharapkan tidak hanya mampu menguasai materi ajar, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) dan digital mindset terhadap perilaku inovatif guru kimia di SMA wilayah II Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru kimia di SMA wilayah II Jakarta Timur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas, yaitu PKB dan digital mindset terhadap variabel terikat, yaitu perilaku inovatif guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara PKB terhadap perilaku inovatif guru kimia. Digital mindset juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru kimia. Digital mindset juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PKB guru kimia. Serta digital mindset memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru kimia melalui pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan. Guru yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan PKB dan memiliki digital mindset yang kuat cenderung menunjukkan perilaku inovatif yang lebih tinggi dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peningkatan program PKB dan penguatan digital mindset di kalangan guru untuk mendorong inovasi dalam pendidikan. ****** In today's digital era, challenges in the education sector are becoming increasingly complex and dynamic. Teachers are expected not only to master the teaching material but also to adapt to technological advancements and innovations in teaching methods. This study aims to analyze the influence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and digital mindset on the innovative behavior of chemistry teachers at high schools in Region II of East Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative survey. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to chemistry teachers in high schools in Region II of East Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS to examine the influence of independent variables, namely CPD and digital mindset, on the dependent variable, which is teachers' innovative behavior. The results of the study indicate that CPD has a positive and significant influence on the innovative behavior of chemistry teachers. The digital mindset also has a positive and significant influence on the innovative behavior of chemistry teachers. Additionally, the digital mindset has a positive and significant influence on the CPD of chemistry teachers. The digital mindset also has a significant indirect effect on the innovative behavior of chemistry teachers through continuous professional development. Teachers who actively participate in CPD activities and possess a strong digital mindset tend to demonstrate more innovative behavior in the teaching process. The implication of this study is the importance of enhancing CPD programs and strengthening the digital mindset among teachers to encourage innovation in education.
