Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMKN 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari bulan Oktober 2023 hingga Juni 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling sehingga memperoleh sampel berjumlah 152 siswa dari SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat bantu berupa SPSS (Statistical Product for Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa uji Hipotesis terdiri dari Uji F, Uji t. Berdasarkan perbandingan F_hitung dan F_tabel menggunakan tabel ANOVA, diperoleh F_hitung sebesar 92.089 > 3.06. Artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersamaan antara Lingkungan Sekolah (X1) dan Lingkungan Keluarga (X2) terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y). Hasil Uji t untuk Lingkungan Sekolah (X1) t_hitung > t_tabel = 3.282 > 1.97601 dan Lingkungan Keluarga (X2) t_hitung > t_tabel = 7.758 > 1.97601. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Lingkungan Sekolah (X1) terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y) dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Lingkungan Keluarga (X2) terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y). Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R^2) dengan hasil sebesar 0.553 yang bermakna 55% berabelitas variabel Motivasi Belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh Lingkungan Sekolah dan Lingkungan Keluarga. Sedangkan sisanya 45% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of school environment and family environment on learning motivation of students of SMKN 51 Jakarta. This research was conducted from October 2023 to June 2024. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The type of research used in this research is descriptive correlation. The sampling technique used Proportional Random Sampling to obtain a sample of 152 students from SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using tools in the form of SPSS (Statistical Product for Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis test consists of the F test, t test. Based on the comparison of F_count and F_table using the ANOVA table, F_count is 92.089 > 3.06. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between the School Environment (X1) and the Family Environment (X2) on Learning Motivation (Y). The t-test results for School Environment (X1) t_count > t_table = 3.282 > 1.97601 and Family Environment (X2) t_count > t_table = 7.758 > 1.97601. This means that there is a positive and significant effect of School Environment (X1) on Learning Motivation (Y) and there is a positive and significant effect of Family Environment (X2) on Learning Motivation (Y). Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R^2) with a result of 0.553 which means that 55% of the variable variable Learning Motivation can be explained by the School Environment and Family Environment. While the remaining 45% is influenced by other variables not examined.
