Abstract

Salah satu tujuan dari penerapan Enterprise Architecture (EA) adalah menciptakan keselarasan antara bisnis dan teknologi informasi bagi kebutuhan organisasi, penerapan EA tidak terlepas dari bagaimana sebuah organisasi merencanakan dan merancang EA tersebut. Tahapan ini akan menghasilkan cetak biru (blue print) yang pada nantinya bisa dijadikan sebagai acuan buku pedoman oleh organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan strategis SMK Karya Guna. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dibuat analisis perancangan EA menggunakan metode FEAF yang terdiri atas empat level. Pada level pertama, dilakukan analisis kondisi sekolah secara umum dengan menggunakan bantuan teknik PEST dan SWOT. Level kedua merupakan pengidentifikasian proses bisnis saat ini dan yang akan dibutuhkan di masa mendatang. Proses bisnis tersebut dikelompokkan tingkat kepentingannya menggunakan bantuan analisis value chain. Level ketiga berisi pemodelan arsitektur informasi berupa gambaran umum tata kelola layanan informasi yang akan digunakan untuk menampung informasi organisasi sekolah. Untuk level keempat merupakan pembuatan dan pengklasifikasian model arsitektur enterprise berdasarkan matriks FEAF. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa blue print sebagai pedoman untuk membangun atau mengembangkan sistem di masa mendatang, sehingga sistem dapat saling terintegrasi dan sesuai dengan tujuan SMK Karya Guna. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat membuat perancangan EA sampai ke pembangunan sistem, dan dengan tidak adanya keterbatasan data yang didapat, sehingga mendapatkan data yang kompleks. Kata Kunci: Enterprise Architecture, Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF), SMK Karya Guna Jakarta One of the goals of applying Enterprise Architecture (EA) is to make consistency between business and information technology informatics for the needs of an organization. EA application cannot be separated from how a business plans and design the EA. On the first level, the school condition was analyzed generally by using help of PEST and SWOT techniques. The second level was identifying the business process that was currently happening and that would be needed in the future. The business processes were grouped by their importance using the value chain analysis. The third level was modelling information architecture in the form of a general image of the service information management which would be used to accommodate the school organization information. The fourth level was the making and classifying the enterprise architecture model based on the FEAF matrix. The result of this study was a blueprint as a guidance for creating and developing a system in the future, so that the system can be integrated with the goals of SMK Karya Guna. For the next study, it is hoped that they will make a design for EA up to the system development without ation of the collection of data, so that it can produce complex data.
