Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen strategi yang dilakukan SMPN 47 Jakarta dalam menguatkan perilaku peduli lingkungan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 3 guru dan 11 siswa yang ada di SMPN 47 Jakarta. Key informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wakil Kepala Kurikulum SMPN 47 Jakarta. Salah satu Dosen Program Studi PPKn FIS UNJ sebagai expert untuk mengkonfirmasi hasil temuan. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen strategi yang dilakukan SMPN 47 Jakarta sudah sesuai melalui tahap environmental scanning (evaluasi dan mengumpulkan informasi melalui rapat kerja), strategy formulation (membuat rencana jangka panjang melalui penyusunan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah), strategy implementation (membuat program-program, seperti adiwiyata, bank sampah, Germas, zero plastic dan piket kelas, menggunakan dana pribadi sekolah, serta penetapan prosedur), dan evaluation and control (mengukur hasil pencapaian melalui rapat kerja). Dalam pelaksanaan manajemen strategi sekolah terjadi penguatan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada siswa yang ditandai dengan siswa menggunakan air secukupnya, menggunakan listrik dengan hemat, membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan menjaga lingkungan agar tetap bersih. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan manajemen strategi di SMPN 47 Jakarta untuk menguatkan perilaku peduli lingkungan secara keseluruhan sudah terlaksana. Walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kendala, namun sekolah telah melakukan upaya-upaya untuk menguatkan perilaku peduli lingkungan siswa dengan menggencarkan pembiasaan positif melalui program-program sekolah dan teladan oleh guru, serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang menunjang pelaksanaan program-program tersebut. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Perilaku, Peduli Lingkungan ***** This study aims to understand how the strategic management implementation at SMPN 47 Jakarta strengthens students' environmental awareness behavior. This research employs a descriptive-qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews. The informants in this study were 3 teachers and 11 students from SMPN 47 Jakarta. The key informant in this study was the Vice Principal of Curriculum at SMPN 47 Jakarta. An expert from the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program at FIS UNJ was consulted to confirm the findings. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the strategic management process at SMPN 47 Jakarta is well implemented through the stages of environmental scanning (evaluating and gathering information through work meetings), strategy formulation (developing long-term plans by establishing the school's vision, mission, and goals), strategy implementation (creating programs such as adiwiyata, waste banks, Germas, zero plastic, and class duties, utilizing the school's own funds, and establishing procedures), and evaluation and control (measuring achievements through work meetings). In the implementation of the school's strategic management, there is a strengthening of environmentally conscious behavior among students, marked by actions such as using water sparingly, conserving electricity, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining a clean environment. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of strategic management at SMPN 47 Jakarta to strengthen environmental awareness behavior has been overall well executed. Although there are still some challenges, the school has made efforts to reinforce students' environmental awareness behavior by promoting positive habits through school programs and teacher role models, as well as improving school facilities and infrastructure to support these programs.
