Abstract

Perhitungan Truck Round Time penting untuk memahami seberapa efisien dan lancar operasional penerimaan dan pengiriman petikemas di pelabuhan. Dalam proses pengiriman, lamanya truk berada di lapangan penumpukan yang tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dapat menghambat proses pengiriman barang dan meningkatkan waktu tunggu truk untuk mengambil petikemas. Standar waktu pelayanan bagi truk eksternal, dikenal sebagai Truck Round Time (TRT), ditetapkan maksimal 60 menit untuk mengukur efisiensi kegiatan impor (delivery). Namun, data menunjukkan bahwa TRT sering melebihi standar waktu yang ditetapkan, menyebabkan penurunan efisiensi dan merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja TRT dalam kegiatan delivery di PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas Area Tanjung Priok 2 pada periode januari - maret 2024, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab TRT melebihi standar, dan mengevaluasi dampak negatif dari TRT yang berlebihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab TRT melebihi standar waktu memiliki rata- rata 4,22 sehingga dapat dikategorikan sangat tinggi, hal itu menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap waktu tunggu truk (Truck Round Time). Kemudian untuk dampak dari TRT yang melebihi standar waktu memiliki rata-rata 4,14 sehingga dapat dikategorikan tinggi, hal itu menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap waktu tunggu truk (Truck Round Time) di PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas Area Tanjung Priok 2 Ocean Going. Kata Kunci: Delivery, Petikemas, Truck Round Time ***** Truck Round Time calculations are important to understand how efficient and smooth the operations of receiving and sending containers at the port are. In the delivery process, the length of time the truck is in the stacking yard that is not as expected can hamper the goods delivery process and increase the waiting time for the truck to pick up the container. The standard service time for external trucks, known as Truck Round Time (TRT), is set at a maximum of 60 minutes to measure the efficiency of import (delivery) activities. However, data shows that TRT often exceeds established time standards, causing reduced efficiency and harming the company. This research aims to analyze TRT's performance in delivery activities at PT. IPC Tanjung Priok Area Container Terminal 2 in the period January - March 2024, identified the factors causing TRT to exceed standards, and evaluated the negative impact of excessive TRT. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive analysis. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using SPSS software to test validity, reliability and descriptive analysis. The research results show that the factors causing TRT to exceed the time standard have an average of 4.22 so it can be categorized as very high, this shows a significant influence on truck waiting time (Truck Round Time). Then the impact of TRT which exceeds the standard time has an average of 4.14 so it can be categorized as high, this shows a significant influence on truck waiting time (Truck Round Time) at PT.
