Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Literasi Digital dan Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Generasi Z di SMKN 51 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 251 siswa kelas XI SMKN 51 Jakarta. Teknik dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga didapatkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 146 siswa. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yang dihitung menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari perhitungan pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, outer model dan inner model, serta pengujian hipotesis. Didapatkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja (H1 diterima), praktik kerja industri memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja (H2 diterima), serta pengaruh literasi digital dan praktik kerja industri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja (H3 diterima). ***** This study aims to investigate and analyze the Influence of Digital Literacy and Industrial Work Practices on the Work Readiness of Generation Z at SMKN 51 Jakarta. The research method used by the researchers in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population reached in this study is 251 grade XI students of SMKN 51 Jakarta. The technique for determining the research sample uses the proportional random sampling technique using the Isaac and Michael table with an error rate of 5% so that the sample in this study is 146 students. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) is used as a data analysis technique in this study which is calculated using the SmartPLS 3.0 software application. The results of the calculations in this study include validity and reliability tests, outer and inner models, and hypothesis testing. It was found that digital literacy has an effect on work readiness (H1 is accepted), industrial work practices have an effect on work readiness (H2 is accepted), and the simultaneous influence of digital literacy and industrial work practices on work readiness (H3 is accepted).
