Abstract

Penelitian ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, merancang, dan mereview kebutuhan mahasiswa dan dosen tentang Pengembangan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Freewriting berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan model Dick and Carry (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) ADDIE, peneliti menentukan tiga langkah dari metode ADDIE yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan (Analyze), analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa dan dosen tentang pengembangan rencana pembelajaran semester freewriting berbasis CEFR melalui blended learning, (2) Desain dan pengembangan (Design and development), peneliti memilih dan mengumpulkan keterampilan menulis pada level & B-1 B-2 dalam kerangka referensi umum Eropa untuk bahasa. Kemudian memasukkannya ke dalam RPS kitabah, (3) Penilaian analisis kebutuhan dan desain RPS yang dilakukan oleh ahli review. Hasil keseluruhan penilaian dari kedua ahli memperoleh skor 4,2. Tingkat rata-rata adalah 4,2. Sedangkan skor terendah adalah 4,1 x> 5,0, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, pengembangan rencana pengajaran semester freewriting berbasis CEFR melalui blended learning mendapat 4,2 dan dinilai "sangat layak" untuk digunakan dalam RPS freewriting program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific research aims to analyze, design and review the university students’ and lecturers' needs about the development of CEFR-based semester lesson plan Of Freewriting through blended learning. The method used in this research is research and development method. It is based on Dick and Carry's model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) ADDIE, the researcher determined the three steps of ADDIE method. They are (1) need analysis (analyze) the analysis of university students and lecturers' needs about the development of CEFR-based semester lesson plan of freewriting through blended learning, (2) Design and development, the researcher selected and collected the writing skills on the B-1 and B-2 level in CEFR. Then implement them to writing lesson plan (3) Evaluation to the reviewer for needs analysis and design of lesson plan. The overall result of both reviewers showed 4,2. The average is 4,2 meanwhile the lowest is 4,1 x> 5,0, which categorized as “qualified". Therefore, the development of CEFR-based semester lesson plan of freewriting through blended learning which got 4,2 is determined as appropriate to be implemented in semester lesson plan of freewriting in Arabic Education study program in Jakarta state university.
