Abstract

dengan sistematik latihan. Uji kecil sebanyak 15 mahasiswa/i dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan Uji besar sebanyak 75 mahasiswa/i Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang dan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dan uji efektivitas sebanyak 60 mahasiswa/i di Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam model latihan aktivitas ritmik adalah instrumen tes penilaian aktivitas ritmik dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan N-Gain Skor untuk melihat efektifitas dari model latihan aktivitas ritmik untuk mahasiswa. Berdasarkan tabel output tersebut di atas diketahui nilai Sig. pada Levene’s Test for Equality of Variances adalah sebesar 0,583 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa varians data N-Gain Persen untuk data kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol adalah sama atau homogen. Dengan demikian maka uji t independent untuk N-Gain Score berpedoman pada nilai Sig. yang terdapat pada tabel Equal Variances Assumed. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan tabel output “Independent Sample Test” diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah sebesar 0,001 < 0,005. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan efektivitas yang signifikan (nyata) antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen dalam penerapan model latihan aktivitas ritmik pada mahasiswa. MODEL TRAINING RHYTHMIC ACTIVITY FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS CITRA RESITA citraresita_9904921024@mhs.unj.ac.id Postgraduate of Jakarta State University ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to produce a rhythmic activity training model for students and determine the effectiveness of the model. The research method used is the research and development method of the Borg and Gall model. The resulting model of 33 model items was validated first by experts consisting of 5 validators with validators able to accept with some revisions on the grounds that the movement technique was changed to the movement transition in accordance with the systematic exercise. A small test of 15 students was conducted at the State University of Jakarta and a large test of 75 students at Singaperbangsa University of Karawang and the State University of Jakarta. And the effectiveness test was 60 students at Singaperbangsa Karawang University. The instrument used in the rhythmic activity training model is a rhythmic activity assessment test instrument and the data analysis technique in this study uses the N-Gain Score to see the effectiveness of the rhythmic activity training model for students. Based on the output table above, it is known that the Sig. on Levene's Test for Equality of Variances is 0.583> 0.05, it can be concluded that the variance of N-Gain Percent data for experimental and control class data is the same or homogeneous. Thus, the independent t test for N-Gain Score is guided by the Sig. value found in the Equal Variances Assumed table. Furthermore, based on the "Independent Sample Test" output table, it is known that the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.001 <0.005. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in effectiveness (real) between the dick and experimental classes in the application of the rhythmic activity training model to students.
