Abstract

PENGARUH KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMKN 7 KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN SITI NURJANAH Dosen Pembimbing: Nurina Ayuningtyas, M.Pd dan Dra. Lilis Jubaedah, M.Kes ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kesiapan kerja terhadap hasil belajar Praktik Kerja Lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan tata kecantikan kulit dan rambut SMKN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan jumlah 82 siswa. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur kesiapan kerja adalah kuisioner dan instrument untuk mengukur hasil belajar adalah rubrik penilaian hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan merupakan uji Regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji T, dari perolehan T tabel sebesar 1,663 sedangkan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu thitumg 3,763>ttabel 1,664 dan signifikansi t (0,000) < α (0,05) yang artinya Kesiapan kerja siswa berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar praktik kerja lapangan di SMKN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Berdasarkan nilai R square diketahui bahwa variabel kesiapan kerja memberikan pengaruh atau kontribusi terhadap variabel hasil belajar Praktik Kerja Lapangan sebesar 0,150 (15%). Lilis Jubaedah, M.Kes ***** ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between work readiness and learning outcomes of Field Work Practice. This study was conducted in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The population in this study were grade XI students majoring in skin and hair beauty at SMKN 7 South Tangerang City with a total of 82 students. The research instrument used to measure work readiness was a questionnaire and the instrument to measure learning outcomes was a learning outcome assessment rubric. The data analysis technique used was a simple linear regression test. Based on hypothesis testing through the T test, from the T table acquisition of 1.663 while the t count value> t table, namely t count 3.763> t table 1.664 and the significance of t (0.000) <α (0.05) which means that students' work readiness affects the learning outcomes of field work practices at SMKN 7 South Tangerang City. Based on the R square value, it is known that the work readiness variable has an influence or contribution to the learning outcome variable of Field Work Practices of 0.150 (15%).
