Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Job Aids Perekaman Microteaching untuk Pusat Pengembangan Pembelajaran, Sumber Belajar, dan Layanan Disabilitas (PPSBLD) UNJ. Penelitian berfokus pada pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan Job Aids oleh Charlotte Long yang terdiri dari 7 langkah, yaitu: 1) Tahap Analisis Hambatan, 2) Tahap Menentukan Media, 3) Tahap Mengkategorikan Tugas, 4) Tahap Memilih Format, 5) Tahap Membuat Draf, 6) Tahap Mengikuti Pedoman, dan 7) Tahap Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian berupa Job Aids Perekaman Microteaching yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pegawai LP3M UNJ, berupa table flipchart ukuran A5 yang terdiri dari 24 lembar, di dalamnya memuat 5 materi pokok, yaitu: 1) Pengenalan Perekaman Microteaching, 2) Instalasi Peralatan dan Perlengkapan, 3) Ketentuan Perekaman, 4) Melakukan Perekaman, 5) Mengunggah Hasil Perekaman, dan pada materi 2, 4, dan 5 dilengkapi dengan kendala serta solusi. Selain itu, pada bagian akhir job aids terdapat akses video tutorial perekaman berupa QR Code dan Link. Teknik evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi formatif dengan melibatkan 1 (satu) ahli materi dan 1 (satu) ahli media pembelajaran pada expert review, serta 5 (lima) uji coba pengguna one to one. Produk mendapatkan nilai 3,7 atau sangat baik dari ahli materi, nilai 3,8 atau sangat baik dari ahli media pembelajaran, serta nilai 3,5 atau sangat baik dari hasil uji coba pengguna one to one. Berdasarkan serangkaian prosedur pengembangan job aids dan tahapan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa job aids ini memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan. ***** This research aims to produce Microteaching Recording Job Aids for the Center for Learning Development, Learning Resources, and Disability Services (PPSBLD) UNJ. The research focuses on development using the Job Aids development model by Charlotte Long which consists of 7 steps, namely: 1) Barrier Analysis Stage, 2) Media Determination Stage, 3) Task Categorizing Stage, 4) Stage of Choosing Format, 5) Stage of Making Draft, 6) Stage of Following Guidelines, and 7) Evaluation Stage. The results of the research are in the form of Microteaching Recording Job Aids that can be utilized by LP3M UNJ employees, in the form of an A5 size flipchart table consisting of 24 sheets, which contains 5 main materials, namely: 1) Introduction to Microteaching Recording, 2) Installation of Equipment and Supplies, 3) Recording Requirements, 4) Performing Recording, 5) Uploading Recording Results, and in materials 2, 4, and 5 are equipped with obstacles and solutions. In addition, at the end of the job aids there is access to video recording tutorials in the form of QR codes and links. The evaluation technique uses formative evaluation by involving 1 (one) material expert and 1 (one) learning media expert on expert review, as well as 5 (five) one to one user trials. The product received a score of 3.7 or very good from material experts, a score of 3.8 or very good from learning media experts, and a score of 3.5 or very good from the results of one to one user trials. Based on a series of job aids development procedures and evaluation stages that have been carried out, it can be stated that these job aids have very good quality and are suitable to be use.
