Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pusdiklatbangprof Kemensos RI dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator saat program pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk blended learning. Sampel pada penelitian ini mencakup 30 peserta pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa indikator antusiasme peserta pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator memperoleh hasil yang paling rendah yaitu 72%. Kemudian,indikator konsistensi dan ketekunan peserta pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator memperoleh hasil yang paling tinggi yakni 77%. Kemudian, rata-rata motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator saat blended learning adalah 74,5% di mana angka tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi berdasarkan kriteria penilaian motivasi belajar. ***** This research was conducted at the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs' Pusdiklatbangprof with the aim of finding out the learning motivation of administrator leadership training participants when the training program was implemented in the form of blended learning. The sample in this study included 30 administrator leadership training participants. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics. The results of this study stated that the indicator of enthusiasm for administrator leadership training participants obtained the lowest results, namely 72%. Then, the indicators of consistency and perseverance for administrator leadership training participants obtained the highest results, namely 77%. Then, the average learning motivation of administrator leadership training participants during blended learning was 74.5%, which is in the high category based on the learning motivation assessment criteria.
