Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara norma subjektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha, efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha, serta norma subjektif dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer melalui metode pengumpulan data survei dengan Teknik purposive random sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 244 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 151 yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis yang dihitung menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara norma subjektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara norma subjektif dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. ****** This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between subjective norms on entrepreneurial intentions, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, and subjective norms and self-efficacy together on entrepreneurial intentions. This research uses quantitative methods. The data obtained was primary data through a survey data collection method using purposive random sampling technique. The population used in this research was 244 with a sample size of 151 which was calculated based on the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used in this research are analysis requirements tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests calculated using SPSS 23. The results of the research show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between subjective norms on entrepreneurial intentions; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between subjective norms and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions.
