Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kejuruan dan praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui mediasi efikasi diri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 responden pada siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi si SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta dan SMK Negeri 42 Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 106 responden yang diperoleh dengan rumus slovin dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berhasil memediasi pengaruh kompetensi kejuruan dan praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja. Sehingga model penelitian ini diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui kompetensi kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri yang baik. Kata Kunci: kompetensi kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, efikasi diri, kesiapan kerja ***** This study aims to determine the effect of vocational competence and industrial work practices on work readiness through the mediation of self-efficacy. This type of research is quantitative research. The accessible population in this study was 144 respondents in class XII Accounting Skills Competency students at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta and SMK Negeri 42 Jakarta. The sample used was 106 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used for the hypothesis test are the t test, path analysis and Sobel test. The results of the research show that vocational competence has a positive effect on work readiness, industrial work practices have an effect on work readiness, self-efficacy has an effect on work readiness, vocational competence has an effect on self-efficacy, industrial work practices have an effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy can mediate vocational competence on work readiness and self-efficacy can mediate the influence of industrial work practices on work readiness. This research shows that work readiness can be improved through vocational competence, industrial work practices, and good self-efficacy.
