Abstract

Kader posyandu adalah pekerja kesehatan yang dipilih oleh masyarakat dan bekerja dengan sukarela untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat di wilayah kerja mereka. Kader posyandu memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pencegahan stunting. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan bagaimana upaya kader posyandu dalam penanggulangan stunting melalui program terapi air dengan berenang dan mencari tahu kendala apa yang dirasakan oleh kader posyandu dalam menjalankan program tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Kemudian pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lalu pada tahap teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bagaimana kader Posyandu Desa Ciapus melakukan tugasnya dengan baik dan berperan aktif dalam membantu Puskesmas menanggulangi stunting di Desa Ciapus mulai dari tahap persiapan hingga praktik langsung. Hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa program terapi air dengan berenang yang dilakukan oleh Kader posyandu dapat dikatakan efektif dalam menanggulangi stunting bagi anak balita yang terdampak. Faktor penghambat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya motivasi atau kemauan dari orang tua anak balita stunting untuk rutin mengikuti program terapi air dengan berenang. Kata kunci: Kader Posyandu, stunting, Program Terapi Air dengan Berenang. ***** Posyandu cadres are health workers who are elected by the community and work voluntarily to improve the health of the community in their work area. Posyandu cadres have a very important role in preventing stunting. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out and describe the efforts of posyandu cadres in preventing stunting through a water therapy program by swimming and to find out what obstacles posyandu cadres feel in carrying out the program. The method used in this research is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Then in this research the data collection techniques used by researchers were observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then at the data analysis technique stage the researcher uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data uses triangulation. The results of this research show how Ciapus Village Posyandu cadres carry out their duties well and play an active role in helping the Community Health Center overcome stunting in Ciapus Village, starting from the preparation stage to direct practice. These results also show that the water therapy program with swimming carried out by Posyandu cadres can be said to be effective in overcoming stunting for affected children under five. The inhibiting factor in this research is the lack of motivation or willingness of parents of stunted toddlers to regularly participate in water therapy programs by swimming.
