Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan gramatikal dalam hasil wawancara kerja calon pemagang ke Jepang. Data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kesalahan gramatikal pada pemagang diambil dari video wawancara yang dilakukan oleh LPK di Indonesia yang menyalurkan tenaga kerja ke Jepang Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang hasilnya berupa penjabaran secara deskriptif, data diambil menggunakan metode Simak catat. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan pertanyaan yang sering ditanyakan pada sesi wawancara kerja di Perusahaan Jepang, dan kesalahan gramatikal calon pemagang ke Jepang. Ditemukan 21 pertanyaan dari 10 video dan 10 pertanyaan yang paling sering muncul lebih dari 5 video wawancara. Ada 17 kesalahan berbahasa sesuai teori siasat permukaan oleh Dulay yang ditemukan yaitu ntuk kesalahan penambahan ditemukan 2 data, 4 data penghilangan, 2 data penyusunan dan 5 data pembentukan.*****This research aims to find out grammatical errors in the results of job interviews for prospective interns in Japan. The data used to determine grammatical errors in apprentices was taken from video interviews conducted by LPK in Indonesia which distributes workers to Japan. This research is qualitative research with the results in the form of descriptive explanations, data was taken using the note-taking method. From the results of this research, it was found that questions were frequently asked in job interview sessions at Japanese companies, and grammatical errors were made by prospective interns in Japan. Found 21 questions from 10 videos and 10 questions that appeared most frequently in more than 5 video interviews. There were 17 language errors according to Dulay's surface strategy theory that were found, namely for addition errors found 2 data, 4 deletion data, 2 composition data and 5 formation data.
