Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa meskipun telah ada berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan disiplin di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar melalui metode konvensional, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapan pendekatan yang sistematik dan terstruktur yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip behavioristik. Lebih lanjut, terdapat kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan model bimbingan konseling yang tidak hanya fokus pada pengurangan perilaku negatif tetapi juga pada penguatan perilaku positif melalui teknik behavioristik yang efektif dan sesuai dengan konteks sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas model bimbingan konseling behavioristik dalam meningkatkan perilaku disiplin siswa sekolah dasar. Model yang dikembangkan berbasis pada tahapan penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE, yang meliputi Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Dalam tahap Analisis, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan yang sistematis untuk menentukan spesifikasi model. Tahap Desain melibatkan penyusunan rencana intervensi, outline program, dan seleksi material serta sumber daya. Pengembangan mencakup pembuatan materi dan pilot testing, sementara Implementasi meliputi pelaksanaan bimbingan sesuai dengan model yang dirancang. Evaluasi model dilakukan melalui evaluasi formatif dan sumatif untuk mengukur kelayakan dan keefektivitasan model yang dikembangkan. Hasil validasi dari validator ahli dan uji coba lapangan menunjukkan bahwa model ini layak dari segi materi dan bahasa. Keefektivitasan model dibuktikan melalui perbaikan signifikan dalam perilaku disiplin siswa setelah penerapan model. Data menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model bimbingan konseling behavioristik secara signifikan meningkatkan perilaku disiplin siswa, sehingga menunjukkan potensi model sebagai solusi praktis dan efektif untuk peningkatan disiplin di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting pada aplikasi praktik bimbingan konseling behavioristik dalam konteks pendidikan dasar, dengan implikasi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Konseling Behavioristik, Perilaku Disiplin, Model ADDIE, Sekolah Dasar ***** ABSTRACT This study identifies that although there have been various efforts to improve discipline among primary school students through conventional methods, there are still shortcomings in the application of a systematic and structured approach that integrates behavioristic principles. Furthermore, there is a need to develop a counseling guidance model that not only focuses on reducing negative behaviors but also on strengthening positive behaviors through behavioristic techniques that are effective and appropriate to the primary school context. This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the behavioristic counseling guidance model in improving the disciplinary behavior of elementary school students. The model developed is based on the research stages of ADDIE model development, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the Analysis stage, a systematic needs analysis is carried out to determine the specifications of the model. The Design stage involves the preparation of an intervention plan, program outline, and selection of materials and resources. Development includes the creation of materials and pilot testing, while Implementation includes the implementation of guidance according to the designed model. Model evaluation is carried out through formative and summative evaluations to measure the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed model. Validation results from expert validators and field trials show that the model is feasible in terms of material and language. The effectiveness of the model is evidenced through significant improvements in students' disciplinary behavior after the application of the model. The data show that the implementation of the behavioristic counseling guidance model significantly improves students' discipline behavior, thus demonstrating the potential of the model as a practical and effective solution for improving discipline in primary schools. This research makes an important contribution to the application of behavioristic counseling guidance practice in the context of basic education, with implications for the development of further educational policies and practices.
