Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empirik dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran vokasional tata boga pada peserta didik hambatan intelektual di Sekolah Luar Biasa wilayah Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik analisis statistika deskriptif dalam penyajian data persentase yang menggunakan 16 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 87% guru tata boga secara keseluruhan sudah baik dan 13% guru tata boga secara keseluruhan cukup baik dalam pembelajaran vokasional tata boga pada peserta didik hambatan intelektual. Selanjutnya, sebanyak 69% guru sudah baik dalam perencanaan pembelajaran vokasional tata boga dan 31% guru cukup baik dalam perencanaan pembelajaran vokasional tata boga. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran vokasional tata boga, sebanyak 87% guru melaksanakan dengan baik dan 13% guru melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan cukup baik. Sebanyak 56% guru telah melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan baik, 31% guru melaksanakan dengan cukup baik, dan sebanyak 13% guru kurang baik dalam evaluasi pembelajaran vokasional tata boga pada hambatan intelektual. This research is purposed to obtain empirical data and describe vocational learning implementation in culinary arts for students with intellectual disabilities at special schools in Bogor Regency area. This research used a survey method with descriptive statistical analysis techniques in presenting percentage data with 16 respondents. The results of this research show that 87% of culinary teachers are good in generally and 13% of culinary teachers generally are good in vocational learning implementation for culinary arts for students with intellectual disabilities. Furthermore, as many as 69% of teachers are good at planned culinary arts vocational learning and 31% of teachers are quite good at planned culinary arts vocational learning. In the implementation of vocational culinary learning, as many as 87% of teachers implemented it well and 13% of teachers implemented the learning quite well. As many as 56% of teachers have carried out learning evaluations well, 31% of teachers have carried out quite well, and as many as 13% of teachers have carried out learning evaluations less well in culinary arts vocational learning for student with intellectual disabilities.
