Abstract
Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini untuk mengetahui implementasi pengembangan karakter disiplin siswa di SDIT Ar-Ridho. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi pengembangan pendidikan karakter disiplin di SDIT Ar-Ridho. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang menekankan pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap aspek-aspek tertentu dari pengembangan karakter disiplin di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Juli 2023 hingga saat ini, dan diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai efektivitas strategi yang diterapkan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di lingkungan pendidikan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang terdapat dari hasil penelitian, kesimpulan mengenai pengembangan karakter disiplin di SDIT Ar-Ridho sangat baik dengan menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk mengembangkan karakter disiplin siswa, termasuk pengenalan nilai-nilai Pancasila, pengawasan kedatangan siswa oleh Penegak Disiplin (PD), serta kegiatan rutin seperti upacara bendera dan ekstrakurikuler yang menanamkan disiplin. ********** This descriptive qualitative research aims to determine the implementation of student discipline character development at SDIT Ar-Ridho. This research explains that this research aims to analyze the implementation of strategies for developing disciplinary character education at SDIT Ar-Ridho. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which emphasizes an in-depth understanding of certain aspects of disciplinary character development in elementary schools. This research takes place from July 2023 until now, and is expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of the strategies implemented in forming student character in this educational environment. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation contained in the research results, the conclusion regarding the development of disciplinary character at SDIT Ar-Ridho is very good by implementing various strategies to develop students' disciplinary character, including the introduction of Pancasila values, monitoring student arrivals by Discipline Enforcers (PD ), as well as routine activities such as flag ceremonies and extracurricular activities that instill discipline.
