Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pembuatan modul pembelajaran bagi instruktur pelatihan di Panti Sosial Bina Karya Wanita Harapan Mulia Kedoya melalui program mentoring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Action Research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui uji kelayakan modul pembelajaran oleh responden sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan dari lembar observasi aktivitas instruktur pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program mentoring dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pembuatan modul pembelajaran bagi instruktur pelatihan di Panti Sosial Bina Karya Wanita Harapan Mulia Kedoya. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui dua indikator utama. Pertama, lembar observasi pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa setiap aspek yang dinilai mendapatkan kategori baik. Kedua, peningkatan presentase hasil uji kelayakan modul oleh responden. Pada siklus II, 76,13% modul yang dibuat oleh instruktur dikategorikan layak, sedangkan pada siklus I hanya 52,00% dengan kategori cukup layak. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa proses mentoring dapat meningkatkan keterampilan instruktur di Panti Sosial Bina Karya Wanita Harapan Mulia Kedoya Jakarta Barat. ***** This study aims to improve the skills of making learning modules for training instructors at Harapan Mulia Kedoya Women's Social Work Center through a mentoring program. This research uses Action Research method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data was collected through the feasibility test of learning modules by respondents while qualitative data was collected from the observation sheet of training instructor activities. The results showed that the mentoring program can improve the skills of making learning modules for training instructors at Harapan Mulia Kedoya Women's Social Work Center. This is proven through two main indicators. First, the observation sheet in cycle II showed that each aspect assessed received a good category. Second, an increase in the percentage of module feasibility test results by respondents. In cycle II, 76.13% of the modules made by the instructors were categorized as feasible, while in cycle I only 52.00% were categorized as feasible. This increase shows that the mentoring process can improve the skills of instructors at Harapan Mulia Kedoya Social Work Center for Women.
