Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa kelas VII, VIII & IX dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SMP CINDERA MATA INDAH Tahun Ajaran 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VII, VIII & IX di SMP CINDERA MATA INDAH Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 198 siswa sehingga disebut penelitian populasi. Uji coba dilaksanakan di SMP Cindera Mata Indah , dengan koefisien validitas sebesar 0,950 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,978. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa kelas VII, VIII & IX dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SMP CINDERA MATA INDAH Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 5,56% (11 siswa), “rendah” sebesar 29,80% (59 siswa), “sedang” sebesar 30,81% (61 siswa), “tinggi” sebesar 28,79% (57 siswa), dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 5,05% (10 siswa). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi siswa kelas VII, VIII & IX dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SMP CINDERA MATA INDAH Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022dalam kategori sedang. ******************************************************** This study aims to determine the motivation of grade VII, VIII & IX students in participating in Physical Education learning at CINDERA MATA INDAH Middle School in the 2021 Academic Year. This research is a descriptive research. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were all students in grades VII, VIII & IX at CINDERA MATA INDAH Middle School in the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 198 students, so it was called a population study. The trial was carried out at Cindera Mata Indah Middle School, with a validity coefficient of 0.950 and a reliability of 0.978. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the motivation of grade VII, VIII & IX students in participating in Physical Education learning at CINDERA MATA INDAH SMP in the 2021/2022 academic year was in the "very low" category of 5.56% (11 students), "low" of 29.80 % (59 students), "medium" of 30.81% (61 students), "high" by 28.79% (57 students), and "very high" by 5.05% (10 students). It can be concluded that the motivation of grade VII, VIII & IX students in participating in Physical Education learning at CINDERA MATA INDAH Middle School in the 2021/2022 Academic Year is in the medium category.
