Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran Pembina Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Quran Al Ikhwan Jakarta, sebab para santri yang mondok dipesantren ini terdiri dari anak anak yang dulunya tinggal dijalanan, ada yang yatim dan piatu, serta anak anak yang dititipkan oleh kedua orang tuanya untuk menutut ilmu dipondok pesantren. Usia santri dipondok pesantren berusia 13-14 tahun yang dimana butuh sekali perhatian,bimbingan,dampingan, serta motivasi agar menjadi santri yang memiliki karakter baik. Pada Umumnya Lulusan pesantren itu akan menjadi ulama, serta tokoh yang dikagumi oleh masyarakat pada umumnya. Hal ini cukup menarik untuk diteliti sebab bagaimana peran Pembina terhadap pembentukan karakter santri yang dapat menjadikan santri memiliki karakter yang baik dan berakhalaq mulia. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan melakukan wawancara kepada Pembina yang berjumlah lima Pembina dan santri berjumlah 5 santri. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peran Pembina sudah menerapkan bimbingan dengan baik sesuai SOP yang ditetapkan oleh Pondok Pesantren, lalu Pembina memberikan bimbingan, arahan, masukan, motivasi serta perhatian penuh serta menerapkan nilai nilai karakter kepada santri untuk proses pembentukan karakter santri agar mempunyai karakter yang baik, berguna bagi dirinya, keluarganya, lingkungannya, serta bagi negara dan bangsa. Dari segi factor pendukung dan penghambat, yaitu factor pendukungnya seperti sarana dan prasarana sangat memadai untuk menunjang proses pembentukan karakter santri, lingkungan pondok pesantren sangat nyaman dan mendukung proses pembentukan karakter santri, sedangkan factor penghambat seperti adanya santri yang karakternya masih terbawa dari lingkungan sebelumnnya, adanya santri yang belum sadar dengan hal hal baik serta melanggar tata tertib yang ada dipondok pesantren . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa peran Pembina terhadap pembentukan karakter santri sudah sangat baik dari segi program program yang telah dibuat, membimbing, menasihati, memberikan arahan, serta memberikan motivasi kepada santri agar santri memiliki karakter yang baik dan berakhlaq mulia. ********************************************* purpose of this research is to examine the role of the coach in the formation of the character of the students at the Baitul Quran Al Ikhwan Islamic Boarding School, Jakarta, because The students who live in this boarding school consist of children who used to live on the streets, there are orphans and orphans, as well as children who are entrusted by their parents to study in Islamic boarding schools. The age of students in Islamic boarding schools is 13-14 years old which requires a lot of attention, guidance, assistance, and motivation to become students who have good character. In general, the graduates of the pesantren will become scholars, as well as figures who are admired by the community in general. This is quite interesting to study because how is the role of the coach in the formation of the character of students who can make students have good character and have noble character. In this study, the method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Researchers collected data using purposive sampling technique by conducting interviews with five coaches and 5 students. The results of this study are the role of the coach has implemented guidance properly according to the SOP set by the Islamic Boarding School, then the coach provides guidance, direction, input, motivation and full attention and applies character values to students for the process of forming the character of students to have good character. , useful for himself, his family, the environment, as well as for the state and nation. In terms offactors motivatingand inhibitors, are factors supporting such facilities and infrastructure is sufficient to support the process of character formation of students, boarding school environment is very comfortable and supports the process of character formation of students, while the factor inhibitors such as the students whose features are carried from the environment previously, there are students who are not aware of the good things and violate the rules of the boarding school. The conclusion from this research is that the role of the coach in forming the character of the students is very good in terms of the programs that have been made, guiding, advising, providing direction, and providing motivation to the students so that the students have good character and noble character.
