Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter siswa melalui budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kajian kepustakaan yang mengkaji 25 artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter siswa melalui budaya sekolah yaitu: 1)Jumat Sehat, 2) Festival Budaya, 3) 7 Poe Atikan, 4) Kantin Kejujuran, 5)Perpustakaan Keliling, 6) Majalah Dinding (Mading), 7) SEMUTLIS, 8) Ikrar Al-Azhar, 9) Trilogi Doktrin Islam, 10) Gerakan Penghijauan, 11) Reward and Punishment, 12) Outing Class, 13) Lost and Found Box, 14) Student of The Month, dan 15) One Day One Arabic Word. Adapun faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter siswa melalui budaya sekolah yaitu: 1)sarana dan prasarana, 2) penugasan, 3) kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan 4)faktor motivasi dan penghambat guru dan siswa yaitu 1) waktu, 2 )lingkungan, 3) pemanfaatan teknologi, dan 4) jumlah dan sifat siswa. ******************************************** This study aims to describe how the implementation of student character education through school culture. This study uses a literature review research methodology that examines 25 national and international journal articles. The results showed that the implementation of student character education through school culture, namely: 1) Healthy Friday, 2) Cultural Festival, 3) 7 Poe Atikan, 4) Honesty Cafeteria, 5) Mobile Library, 6) Wall Magazine (Mading), 7) SEMUTLIS, 8) Al-Azhar Pledge, 9) Islamic Doctrine Trilogy, 10) Green Movement, 11) Reward and Punishment, 12) Outing Class, 13) Lost and Found Box, 14) Student of The Month, and 15) One Day One Arabic Word. As for the supporting factors in the implementation of student character education through school culture, namely: 1) facilities and infrastructure, 2) assignment, 3) extracurricular activities, and 4) teacher and student motivation and inhibiting factors, namely 1) time, 2) environment, 3) use of technology, and 4) the quantity and nature of students.
