Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum pada sekolah inklusif di SD Lazuardi Global Compassionate School. Dengan subfokus pada penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi/penilaian kurikulum pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar Lazuardi Global Compassionate School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan teori, transferbilitas, dependebilitas, dan konformabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Perencanaan kurikulum inklusif dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi kurikulum regular dan dimodifikasi sesuai standar anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui asesmen dan disusun kedalam Individual Education Program; (2) Pengorganisasian kurikulum inklusif dilakukan dengan pembagian tanggung jawab masing-masing stakeholder dan penentuan sistem pembelajaran; (3) Pelaksanaan kurikulum inklusif melibatkan guru kelas, guru bidang studi, orang tua, dan guru pendamping khusus termasuk tim kolaborator dengan metode dan strategi yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa, (4) Evaluasi kurikulum inklusif dilakukan dengan melihat ketercapaian program yang telah dilaksanakan. ******************************************* This research aims to determine curriculum management in inclusive schools at Blue Blue Compassionate School Elementary School. The sub-focus of this research is planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating/assessing the inclusive education curriculum at Blue Global Compassionate School primary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research was conducted through the data that had been collected and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data used the credibility of the data by triangulation of sources, techniques, and theories, transferability, dependability, and conformability. The results of the study show that (1) Planning for an inclusive curriculum is carried out by adapting the regular curriculum and modified according to the standards of children with special needs through assessment and compiled into the Individual Education Program; (2) The organization of an inclusive curriculum is carried out by dividing the responsibilities of each stakeholder and determining the learning system; (3) The implementation of the inclusive curriculum involves classroom teachers, subject teachers, parents, and special assistant teachers including a collaborator team with methods and strategies adapted to students' abilities, (4) Evaluation of the inclusive curriculum is carried out by looking at the achievements of the programs that have been implemented.
