Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelatihan program softskill pada kalangan remaja yang diselenggarakan oleh BNNP DKI Jakarta menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian berikut menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dan merupakan penelitian yang bersifat evaluatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesesuaian program dengan kebutuhan remaja, pelaksanaan, dan dampaknya terhadap pengembangan keterampilan remaja dalam menghadapi tantangan lingkungan sosial yang rentan terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada program pelatihan ini evaluasi konteks yang dilakukan sudah baik, berdasarkan kelengkapan dasar hukum, analisis yang sesuai, latar belakang yang sesuai, dan keselarasan tujuan program pelatihan. Evaluasi masukan baik, karena penyelenggara berperan baik dalam proses pelasanaan, materi sesuai, menggunakan media dan metode yang sesuai, sarana dan prasarana pelatihan juga baik dan pengelolaan dana pelatihan yang baik. Evaluasi proses kurang baik, namun kesesuaian jadwal, kinerja penyelenggara dan praktisi baik, namun peserta kurang aktif, hanya evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh BNNP kurang untuk mengukur ketercapaian pemahaman peserta pelatihan. Evaluasi produk belum cukup, hal ini karena hasil dari Dektari (kuisioner dari BNN RI) menunjukkan angka yang tinggi namun tidak menyertakan pretest dan posttest, namun perubahan sikap para peserta terlihat kearah yang lebih positif sesuai dengan tujuan. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan softskill BNN Provinsi DKI Jakarta secara keseluruhan program telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, namun masih perlu peningkatan guna memperbaiki hasil, terkait dengan test pengetahuan peserta agar menghasilkan kualitas tidak hanya kuantitas peserta pelatihan. Kata Kunci : evaluasi program, model CIPP, pelatihan softskill ***** The purpose of this study is to find out the training of soft skills programs for adolescents organized by BNNP DKI Jakarta using the CIPP evaluation model. This research is an evaluative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview, and documentation methods. The focus of this research is to analyze the suitability of the program with the needs of adolescents, its implementation, and its impact on the development of adolescents' skills in facing the challenges of a social environment that is vulnerable to drug abuse. The results of the study show that in this training program, the evaluation of the context carried out is good, based on the completeness of the legal basis, appropriate analysis, appropriate background, and alignment of the objectives of the training program. The evaluation of input is good, because the organizers play a good role in the training process, the materials are appropriate, the use of appropriate media and methods, the training facilities and infrastructure are also good, and the management of training funds is good. The evaluation of the process was not good, but the suitability of the schedule, the performance of the organizers and practitioners was good, but the participants were less active, only the evaluation carried out by BNNP was not enough to measure the achievement of the understanding of the trainees. Product evaluation is not enough, this is because the results of the Dektari (questionnaire from BNN RI) show a high number but do not include pretest and posttest, but the change in the attitude of the participants is seen in a more positive direction according to the purpose. The results of the evaluation of the DKI Jakarta Provincial BNN soft skill training as a whole have been implemented well, but there is still a need for improvement related to the participant knowledge test in order to produce quality not only the quantity of trainees.
