Abstract

Balanced scorecard menjadi salah satu metode penilaian kinerja yang berfokus pada strategi perusahaan melalui empat perspektif utama: keuangan, proses bisnis internal, pelanggan, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan hasil analisis kinerja unit K3 kantor pusat PT.X berdasarkan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor pusat PT. X, Jakarta Pusat, dalam kurun waktu 12 Februari 2024 hingga 15 Juni 2024. Menggunkan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi,dan wawancara mendalam, dengan lima informan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan balanced scorecard untuk melihat kinerja K3 dari perspektif keuangan, proses bisnis internal, pelanggan, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unit K3 kantor pusat PT.X mendukung karyawan dengan panduan, pelatihan, dan fasilitas keselamatan yang diinspeksi rutin dan disosialisasikan secara langsung maupun media lain, untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman. Perusahaan memastikan pemantauan, inovasi, dan kepatuhan terhadap keselamatan kerja melalui kebijakan K3, proses alokasi anggaran yang akuntabel, pelatihan dan sertifikasi tenaga ahli, hingga inovasi seperti digitalisasi inspeksi K3. Optimalisasi kinerja unit K3 kantor pusat PT.X memerlukan komunikasi intens dalam proses penganggaran, peningkatan sosialisasi, perapian dokumen K3, pembuatan platform khusus untuk pelaporan unsafe condition, unsafe action, serta capaian K3, dan pelibatan aktif tim P2K3 dalam pelaksanaan K3 rutin. Kata Kunci : Penilaian Kinerja, HSE, Balanced scorecard *** The balanced scorecard is one of the assessment of performance methods that focuses on the company's strategy through four main perspectives: finance, internal business processes, customers, and learning and growth. The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the performance analysis of the safety program of the K3 unit of head office PT.X based on the balanced scorecard approach. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the head office of PT. X in Central Jakarta, in the period from February 12, 2024 to June 15, 2024. Using data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and in depth interviews, with five informants. The data analysis technique uses a balanced scorecard to look at occupational safety and health (OHS) performance from the perspective of finance, internal business, customers, and learning. The results of the study show that the OHS unit of the head office of PT. X supports employees with regularly inspected and socialized safety guidance, training, and facilities, both in person and other media, to create a safe work environment. The company ensures monitoring, innovation, and compliance with occupational safety through OHS policies, accountable budget allocation processes, training and certification of experts, and innovations such as digitization of OHS inspections. Optimizing the performance of the OHS unit of the head office of PT. X requires intense communication in the budgeting process, increased socialization, the preparation of OHS documents, the creation of a special platform for reporting unsafe conditions, unsafe actions, and OHS achievements, and the active involvement of the P2K3 team in the implementation of routine OHS.
